No murder is ever acceptable, but a specific murder in October 2020 tore my heart apart. A loving, hardworking young man, was tortuously murdered and hanged as a public statement. He had no history of violence or racism. We can ask why, but will probably not find an answer. My heart was consoled as I started to write this song.
